Equipped with a Diploma from CIPET Ahmedabad, Mr. Sivakumar embarked on his career in tool and die making in 1995 before founding his own manufacturing venture in 2005.
Under his leadership, Vignesh Polymers has evolved from a single-unit operation in Pondicherry to a robust organisation with seven units across South and West India. Over the last two decades, Vignesh Polymers has garnered numerous accolades for its exemplary infrastructure, innovation, automation initiatives and unwavering commitment to high standards of quality, safety and cost-efficiency.
As a first-generation entrepreneur striving to make a substantial impact in manufacturing, Mr. Sivakumar is passionate about fostering innovation to propel technological advancements within the industry. Notably, Vignesh Polymers has been at the forefront in South India, pioneering the implementation of IoT technology in manufacturing processes.
In 2023, Mr. Sivakumar established Vignesh Electric with a vision to contribute to the nation’s sustainability initiatives. The company’s future focus includes contract manufacturing for Electric Vehicles and establishing itself as an Original Design Manufacturer for ICT products.
